North Redondo Beach Real Estate Update: Single Family Home Sales April 2011. During April, 15 single family houses were sold in North Redondo Beach. Total North Redondo home sales including condos and townhouses were 38 homes.

The least expensive single family home sold was $450,000 and the most expensive home sale was $818,000. The average sale price was $642, 708 and the median price was $635,000. Total sell volume of homes was $9,423,500.

The smallest house was 760 sq ft, the largest 2770 sq ft and the average home size was 1646. The smallest lot was 2450, the largest 7500 and average lot size was 4064 sq ft. The oldest house was built in 1937, the newest built in 2002.

The above statistics indicate that $642,708 would buy a 1646 sq ft house on a 4064 lot with 3 bedrooms, 2.175 baths built in 1964.

By comparison, there were 10 houses sold in South Redondo Beach during April for a total sell price of $8,084,500. Prices ranged from $430,000 to $1,220,000 with an average sell price of $808,450 and a median price of $807,500. The smallest sq ft was 700, the largest was 3450 and the average size was 1657. The smallest lot was 1760, the largest was 8460 and the average lot size was 5437. 2917 Perkins Lane: Listed by RE/MAX for $495,000 and sold by RE/MAX for 450,000 after 31 days on the market. 972 sq ft 3 bedroom 1 bath single family house on a 5500 sq ft lot in the TRW tract area of North Redondo Beach. The house has a non permitted room addition (not included in the sq ft) to the rear.
