New Construction Homes in Redondo Beach: Townhouses and Single Family Homes

There are currently 6 new construction homes listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in North Redondo Beach. Of these, 4 are detached 2 on a lot townhouses and 2 are single family homes. There seem to 3-4 builders currently active and considering everything that housing has been through, it's great to see new construction homes being built in Redondo Beach. 2321 Ralston Lane is a gorgeous single family house in the "El Nido" neighborhood (MLS Area XXX). The listing broker is Amir Amiri and the builder is Casner. We were surprised when we started seeing the pairing of these 2 long time stalwarts of Redondo Beach new construction homes and first noticed the partnership last year at 1808 Belmont Lane in the Jefferson School neighborhood of MLS Area 152. The home shows far better in person than the listing and sits on a 7500 sq ft lot. Anything under about $1,275,000 would be a very good deal. At the current price they are competing with East Manhattan Beach resales in a similar price range although smaller. But, c'mon, we're talking Manhattan Beach.

So, speaking of Manhattan Beach, 2622 Robinson in MLS Area 151 is kind of "East-East Manhattan". Priced at $1,295,000 this new home being built by another long time qaulity Redondo Beach builder, "Best Built Construction" and offered Riviera Realtors offers 4 bedrooms and almost 3000 sq ft on a 5000 sq ft corner lot.  Distress wood floors, natural stone tile and carpet in bedrooms only. Formal family room, spiral staircase to second floor,  All Bedrooms have their own private bath and 3 of them have balconies. High ceilings, 8' solid doors, over sized baseboards and crown molding. Tankless water heater.With 3 fireplaces, this is nice.

There are currently 4 detached 2 on a lot townhouses available with some more on the way and at least one 3 on a lot being built in MLS Area 152. Probably the best value of the currently available 2 on a lots is 2419 Huntington Ln Unit A. This is another Amir Amiri listing (different builder) and is currently listed for $879,000, What are you waiting for? You can't buy a nice condo on the Westside for that price. It's about 2500 sq ft (btv) and has all the bells and whistles you expect in these homes which represent some of the best real estate values in the Beach Cities.
