We've seen a real, dare I say it, surge in Golden Hills Tall and Skinny SFR homes prices recently and 3 on a lot attached townhomes have also seen healthy price appreciation but I can't help but wonder where have the 2 on a lots been, and in particular the detached 4 bedrooms.
This week we've seen 2 very nice examples hit the market and I'll be interested to see how long they last. Both are extremely nice.
