Redondo Beach New Homes for Sale

If you are looking for a new construction 2018 built home in North Redondo Beach right now there are some great choices with even more scheduled to be done before the end of the year. Who knows, you might even get a "deal" on one of these. (Well your odds of that happening are definitely better if I'm your agent.)

In general we are seeing more "coastal" and "contemporary" (and sometimes a combination of both) than we did in years past. These homes are all new, larger than previous floor plans, and have all the bells and whistles.

Here's some of my favorites.

2310 Carnegie Lane Unit A MLS SB18126701

I'm kind of surprised that this front unit 3 on a lot hasn't sold yet. Location, fit, finish, curb appeal and price are all exceptional. From the MLS:

This unit has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and is just under 2000 Sq Ft. It is currently listed for $1,145,000 which pencils out to about $580 Sq Ft.

2415 Rockefeller Lane Unit B MLS PV18200406

Full disclosure - I can see this one from the window of my place and watched it being built! Okay now that we're past that I can't say I'm surprised it hasn't sold yet because it has only been on the market for 10 days as of this writing.

Unit B is a middle unit of a 3 on a lot with a mezzanine level and 4 bedrooms.

"The living room connects to large balcony facing west, open floor plan, master suite on second floor features a walk-in closet and a spacious master bathroom. This unit is 2207 Sq Ft per the builder and is currently priced at $1,249,000 which pencils out to about $567 a Sq Ft.

2420 Alvord Ln Unit A-B

These new construction 2 on a lots just hit the market. These 2 are kind of interesting builds. For one, the lot is slightly smaller than comparable builds - it is 7001 Sq Ft compared to the usual 7500.

But surprisingly, the homes are larger than the usual 2500 +/- properties we are seeing on larger lots. These homes are 2615-2860 Sq Ft.

They are also attached - well just barely where other new construction 2 on a lots are detached.

The other interesting data point about these units is that they are in MLS Area 153 - El Nido which is one of the neighborhoods that we see far more SFRs than townhomes, either attached or detached.

The front unit is priced at $1,465,000 and the rear at $1,479,000. That pencils out to $560 Sq Ft for the front and $517 Sq Ft for the rear which is a very good deal as things are going these days.

What would this list be without a spectacular, brand new contemporary single family craftsman home? Here's what I can tell you about this new construction house (from the MLS):
